What boat owners say

Engine would not turn over on a Friday morning. Texted at 8, had a mechanic at my slip by 1. Turned out to be a corroded battery switch. He sorted it in an hour and sent photos of everything he touched.
Mike R., Catalina 320, Marina del Rey
They did my 100 hour service at the dock while I was at work. The photo report is the part I did not know I needed. I can actually see what got replaced instead of taking an invoice's word for it.
Dana K., Boston Whaler 240, Alamitos Bay
Impeller and thermostat replaced at my slip for less than the yard wanted just to haul me out. Straight answers, no upsell, and the temp gauge has been steady since.
Carlos M., Sea Ray 280, Shoreline Marina
Second season with them on the membership. They text when service is coming due, show up when they say they will, and the invoice matches the quote. That is rare on the water.
Jenny T., Bayliner 285, King Harbor
